Flynt, The First Puppet CEO of KLM
Launched in September 2012, Flynt is a puppet. But not just any puppet. He’s a “Very Interactive Puppet” who’s the new face of social media for KLM.
As part of the social media team, Flynt help the airline’s social media editorial team “open up difficult topics to discussion”. Flynt”s role is also to talk about the carriers route network and provide an inside look of the organisation.
Flynt’s Biografi :
Hello? I am the first puppet CEO of KLM. or just Flynt the V.I.P. (Very Interactive Puppet). My job is to be critical about KLM. I will travel the world (at least, that’s what they’ve promised), try out many of KLM’s products and services and visit a variety of KLM departments to see what’s going on.
I have my own Facebook page (www.facebook.com/iamflynt). You are supposed to like it, they say. I love fishing, especially for perch and collect snow globes. One more important thing you should know about me: I’m married to Lenie and have two children.
KLM’s social media editorial board sees me as a communication tool, which is ridiculous.
I’m officially a social media no-no but I am learning a lot from my new colleagues and friends. I think this will do for the ‘about’ section. If you have a question, that’s okay. Who knows we will meet somewhere.
