Launched on April 28, 2013, “Out There, Starts Here” is Expedia marketing campaign for Australia and New Zealand that aimed to help Aussies fulfill their travel bucket lists.
Developed by DDB Sydney and Carat, the integrated campaign run on across TV, cinema, digital and out of home features powerful images from around the world designed to inspire people to create their own travel adventure with Expedia.
The TV commercial is debuted on Australian screens on Sunday, April 28, 2013 and complemented by out of home executions, digital across online, tablet and mobile and bespoke lift wraps in key business locations across Sydney and Melbourne.
The creative campaign follows the adventures of a young traveller as he embarks on a world journey. He shows that it is possible for anyone to live what they dream, and in the process witness truly awe-inspiring sights the world over.
The launch of Expedia’s new campaign is the first brand TVC campaign since the hugely successful “No Fees” brand marketing campaign in 2011.
