Restore Your Balance, Domestic Tourism Campaign by Visit Jersey UK

Domestic travel to raise awareness of the island's tourism offer and attract more visitors throughout the year.

Introduced for the first time on the end of December 2020, “Restore Your Balance” is Visit Jersey’s new marketing campaign that aimed to raise awareness of the destination’s tourism offer and attract more visitors throughout the year.

Sending the message of Little Island Big Spirit, Visit Jersey also launched four itineraries focusing on nature, adventure, family and heritage, aiming to restore visitors’ balance and sense of wellbeing. With high demand for staycations, the itineraries span four to five days and highlight the breadth and wealth of experiences available in Jersey. To help promote these itineraries, travel agents also have access to a new trade toolkit to reinforce their knowledge of the destination for when travel restarts.

After a series of lockdowns, the Visit Jersey is encouraging visitors to get outdoors surrounded by nature, whether breathing in the fresh sea air strolling along one of the island’s many beautiful beaches or taking an alfresco sunset yoga class at St. Ouen’s Bay.

Additionally, visitors can indulge in some of Jersey’s finest local produce, including fresh lobster, oysters and Jersey Royal potatoes, in the array of restaurants across the island.

Visit Jersey believe that 2021 will be a strong year for domestic travel. Therefore, now is the time to remind potential visitors that the tranquil island offers the chance to reconnect with their families and friends, whilst being surrounded by nature which will restore balance and lift spirits. As restrictions ease, the island very much look forward to welcoming first-time and past visitors back to the shores once again.
